Depart Nairobi early and journey north through scenic highlands and the semi-arid frontier to Samburu National Reserve (approx. 6\u20137 hours). Arrive at your campsite in time for lunch and a short rest. In the afternoon, enjoy your first game drive in search of the \u201cSamburu Special Five\u201d \u2014 Grevy\u2019s zebra, reticulated giraffe, Beisa oryx, Somali ostrich, and gerenuk. Return to camp for dinner under the stars.<\/div><\/div>
