The company was registered in Kenya under the company registration act with the objective to\nmarket, sell and maintain telecommunication, ICT, security system, banking and office equipment products.Brightcomm Investments Limited Company was in – corporate in the year 2016 to market, sell, maintain, run and manage of its Telecommunication, ICT, and security system. Banking and office equipment solutions in Kenya.\nIts due to the enormous business opportunities in this industry coupled with the rapid economic growth in Kenya that company felt challenged to start the business with a view of re designing products and services to include\na wide range of products and services that will enable company penetrate the market and expand its market base to the East African region. The aim of starting this company was to extensively take advantage of the current prevailing opportunities of economies of scale in the country and overseas.\nThis has been positively induced by the overwhelming growth of the Kenyan economy and the expected joining together of six East and Central African countries under the burner of east African Community which will form a formidable common market force in the Country and Region as a whole.\nIt\u2019s with believe that the growth potential in this sub sector has not been fully harnessed and the vision of registering this Company is to take advantage of the enormous potential growth rate and position the Company for competition to eventually become a leading dealer and service provider in the region.\nA spire to create a standard upon which the competition will seek to measure up to.\nBrightcomm Investments Limited has statutorily complied with the legal requirements of both the registrar of companies and the local authorities.
